Eileen West, MD and Associates is one of Northern Virginia’s only concierge medicine practices focused on comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for women. I go beyond routine primary care to address women’s unique sexual health, gynecologic, and menopausal needs across your lifespan. I’m also comfortable taking care of the men in your lives, and many couples receive their primary care in my practice.
I’m an independently owned practice affiliated with Ms. Medicine, the national leader in women’s primary care service. I see all genders aged 16+ in my practice and offer annual concierge medical services for my members. I also offer a range of services for non-members including women’s health consults, general medical consults, and COVID-19 testing.

Exceptional care! I’ve practiced as an internist with a focus on women’s healthcare for over 20 years and am recognized as one of the best primary care physicians in the area. I have been voted a Top Doctor by Washingtonian Magazine since 2018, as well as a Top Doctor by Arlington Magazine and Northern Virginia Magazine, and have been recognized in numerous other publications dating back to 2008. My associates include a registered nutritionist and a physical therapist, and I have two additional staff who support clinical care and operations.
For all of my members, I provide comprehensive annual exams, in-office lab testing, and wellness specialty services like body composition testing, audio and visual screening, functional fitness exams, and nutrition consultations. I’m especially able to help those with complicated medical issues such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, autoimmune disease, and cancer. Our approach means these patients receive personalized support from our practice care team.
In addition, I have received advanced training in women’s health, which allows me to provide the gender-specific care that many women need for their complex healthcare needs. My services as a female primary care doctor include breast cancer risk assessment, sexual health, menopause management, menopause treatment, and gynecology care. I am also a certified osteoporosis specialist.
