The good news is that membership in Dr. West’s concierge medicine practice provides 24/7 access directly to her, shorter wait times for appointments, and a more personal relationship with your doctor.

Our primary care/internal medicine practice offers several membership options for those who want to become new patients. Take the first step today.

Joining is simple.

  1. 1. Schedule a Membership Consultation This free 30-minute call with our Practice Manager is your opportunity to meet with our team, learn more about our practice, and ask questions about how concierge primary care can support your health goals. After this step, you’ll be added to our waitlist. There is no charge to be on the waitlist, and you do not pay your membership fee until your first medical appointment with Dr. West.
  2. 2. Enjoy Exclusive Content While You Wait Each month you’ll receive valuable educational resources, wellness tips, recipes, and more so you can begin achieving your healthcare goals right away.
  3. 3. Attend a Complimentary Meet & Greet with Dr. Eileen West When a spot becomes available, we’ll invite you to meet Dr. West in-person at our office in Fairfax for a one-on-one introduction to ensure our practice is the right fit for your needs.
  4. 4. Choose Your Membership Plan Once you’re ready to move forward, you can select from our annual membership options for adults of all genders aged 16+, including adults ($3,500), young adults ($2,500), and home care ($6,000). Membership includes direct access to Dr. West, an annual physical exam, and unlimited follow-up and wellness visits, and more! You can finalize your membership agreements easily online via our Patient Portal.
  5. 5. Prepare for Your First Medical Appointment with Dr. West! Our team will then collect your health records, and Dr. West will meet with you to review your history, address any concerns, and schedule your comprehensive annual exam to begin building your personalized care plan.
