Dr. West’s Adult Plan is for all genders aged 26 and over. Your all-inclusive membership includes all visits with me, plus the many benefits of these concierge medical services:
Membership fee: $4,250/year (additional adult household member rate is $4,000). The fee is payable annually or semi-annually. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel any time after the first six months – simply notify us in writing with 30 days’ notice of your intent.
