Dr. West’s Adult Plan is for all genders aged 26 and over. Your all-inclusive membership includes all visits with me, plus the many benefits of these concierge medical services:
Membership fee: $3,250/year (spouse/partner rate is $3,000 for the second member). The fee is payable annually or semi-annually. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel any time after the first six months – simply notify us in writing with 30 days’ notice of your intent.
