Dr. West offers medical consultations for those who want help coordinating care between multiple specialists, or managing complicated medication regimens. She can help you with specific health issues such as thyroid issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, joint pain, or asthma.
Fees: Specialty consults for non-members are an investment of $375. Follow up visits are billed based on time: 30 minutes for $175 and 60 minutes for $250. You will receive a receipt for payment, which in some cases may be submitted to your insurance company as an out-of-network expense. Alternatively, patients may be able to apply consultation fees to their HSAs. Laboratory blood draws are collected in the office and sent to Labcorp. They may be billed directly through your insurance company, while a reduced cash rate is offered at the practice.
