Dr. West’s Young Adult Plan is for children of members, and other individuals, aged 18 – 25. With a focus on the health needs of young adults, this plan includes expanded access to telehealth and texting to fit the needs and expectations of today’s youth. It’s perfect for college students who want the continuity of their primary care physician at home.
Your all-inclusive membership fee includes all visits with me, plus the many benefits of concierge medical services:
Membership fee: $3,000/year, or $2,250 if one parent is a member of the practice. The fee is payable annually. If not satisfied, you may cancel any time after the first six months simply notify us in writing with 30 days’ notice of your intent.
