Dr. West’s Home Care plan is for adults aged 65 and over who have difficulty leaving the house and might have chronic conditions that require regular clinical monitoring and care. If you are a senior who does not need home visits, you are eligible for our regular Adult concierge membership.
As adults become more mature and have more complex health needs, patients benefit from more frequent visits. In-office visits often also become difficult for patients and can become a challenge to arrange and a burden to caregivers. I offer a convenient, compassionate approach to primary care through comprehensive in-home visits and follow ups.
All Home Care members receive the in-office benefits of the Adult concierge membership. After an initial in-office visit to establish care, they are eligible for:
Membership fee: $6,000/year. The fee is payable annually or semi-annually. If not satisfied, you may cancel any time after the first six months – simply notify us in writing with 30 days’ notice of your intent.

Early detection saves lives. But symptoms often don’t appear until the disease has advanced, which is why screening for high-risk individuals is so critical. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends annual screening for lung cancer with a low-dose CT scan in adults 50-80 who have a 20 pack-year smoking history and currently smoke OR have quit within the last 15 years.
