Stress shows up in many ways—not just emotionally, but physically: in blood pressure, sleep patterns, gut health, immune function, and more. Stress is not “just part of life.” Chronic stress is a health risk, and left unchecked, it can contribute to serious conditions like heart disease, anxiety, burnout, and even autoimmune issues. The good news? We can manage it—but it starts with recognizing it.
